If you’ve been reading the Urban Cowgirl for a while – or follow me on the Tweeter – you’ll know by now that I have a fond affinity for fine food and wine. I have an even greater appreciation for all of the amazing chefs, restauranteurs, and farmers in our region. Which is why I’m super excited that the fine folks at EAT! Vancouver have invited me to stop by this weekend to sample some of Vancouver’s finest culinary creations.

EAT! Vancouver is quite simply the ultimate food expo, featuring celebrity chefs, popular local restaurants, wineries, food and beverage manufacturers, cookbook authors, retailers, artisans, and many others from the culinary world, coming together for a three day public extravaganza at BC Place Stadium.
